The Trail Conference’s Organization Structure Committee is established as a working group to assist the Board and Executive Director with implementation of the 2015 Steering Committee’s organizational recommendations approved by the Board in May 2015. The Committee will also assist with oversight and ongoing improvements to the Trail Conference’s organizational structure, its management and its evolution.
Local management of the AT in NJ
The Advocacy Committee shall monitor governmental and community initiatives that may impact access to and the experience of trails; draft official position statements on issues; plan and conduct advocacy campaigns; and develop the Trail Conference’s annual advocacy agenda for Board approval.
