• Elections
• Budget approval
• Review audit; Hire auditor
• Review strategic plan
• Review fundraising plan and answer, “Why should someone give to this organization?”
- What outcomes do we expect? What difference are we making? Are we successful? Are we reviewing the right metrics?
• Review by-laws
• CEO evaluation
• Self assessment – individual and collective
• Determine what training is needed (for the board).
